Welcome to Osie’s Permanent Cosmetics. My name is Osie Halfaker. I have been in the permanent makeup business for three years. I am a registered surgical nurse with twenty five years of operating room experience. I practice my business in a cosmetic surgeon’s office. I became interested in learning to perform permanent cosmetic application after having my own eyebrows, eyeliner and lip color procedure. It really made a positive change in my life. I no longer have to draw on eyebrows every morning. Permanent eyeliner does not smudge, fade, or disappear. Adding color and definition, enhances my appearance by making me look younger. I feel more confident and professional, knowing that I look my best all day.
